By restoring the natural flow of breathing, the body’s ability to balance and our acute sense of being in the world, we gain more awareness, make better choices and live in a more harmonious state.
Becoming a Breathless instructor means you’ll be helping others to transform their own health and happiness and connect to nature, each other and themselves.
You’ll also become part of a tribe of other likeminded individuals looking to help others through the power of breath.
We offer the most thorough and complete training available and you’ll graduate fully qualified to teach breathwork classes, workshops and retreats with complete confidence and competence.

Our 5 day immersion retreat takes place at Pender Lea Chalets & Lake Crackenback Resort in the beautiful Snowy Mountains.
The retreat will start at 14:00PM and finish at 11:00AM.

We will be staying in beautiful Alpine style chalets. Think open fires, underfloor heating and everything you could want for a cosy winter stay.
Each Chalet also includes a wonderful spa and sauna as well as our very own yoga studio and wonderful spaces in which to learn, discuss and breathe.
Our private chef catering will be making the most of the organic local produce so you can expect delicious, wholesome food throughout your stay.
All dietary requirements can be catered for so please just let us know in advance if you have any.
